OSXS Reference Stuff

OS X Reference Materials

Cocoa Literature List A convenient way to keep track of the ever-growing list of fine articles out there on how to become a great Cocoa programmer.
Carbon and Cocoa
Compiling Languages
Although there are many languages to program in, it's good to know the languages with which one compiles a GUI application in OS X.
Miscellaneous Bits A searchable list of random information that was worth keeping somewhere on the net. You can add to the mess or just browse what others have added.
OS X / Darwin-run Websites Just a list of sites which make use of the OS for their webserver.
OS X Server 10 File Structure
(Mac OS X Server 10.x)
This is becoming something of a series, but it's important to know how things are set up.

Older Stuff, possibly of some use to someone:
OSX Beta File Structure
(Mac OS X Public Beta)
Same deal as before, but for OS X Beta. This time I've added some comments and improved formatting (though IE screws it all up).
OSXS File Structure
(Mac OS X Server 1.x)
Although the file browser can allow you to surf through your directory tree quite nicely on OSXS, sometimes you just want to know where in the tree some standard folder is. This a generic resource for just this need.
Named Manual
(Bind 4!)
A nicer-formatted version of the "named" manual, in case you don't like looking at the stilted text that the "man" command produces.
GNUtar Manual Not a big deal, but there is no official man page for gnutar, so I posted this in case it's convenient for anyone.
GNUMake Manual
(Mac OS X Server 1.x)
Again, same deal but for gnumake.
